(decided to make Matt a little angel.. might make more interesting chemistry)
It would seem that the virus was not yet done with Matt's body. It started to burn deeper inside the new angel-girl. However unlike her friend David who managed to get a slight age boost, it was having the opposite effect on Matt.
She was getting younger...
Very young...
Her body seemed to implode within itself, getting smaller and smaller. She had lost almost half her height, though curiously enough this only affected about a two thirds of her wing-span and gave it an even greater emphasis on her small frame, even as her breasts disappeared.
Most of her clothes had already been shredded when her wings exploded from her back. The only thing left were her jeans and pants, which simply slipped off to her now smaller form. Her hair remain stubbornly as large as it had been, likely it would spill along the floor.
The sound of a shrill scream echoed in the house.
Matthews mother had never heard such a sound. It was an unrecognisable voice and came from her son's room. The sound of a little girl? She ran as quickly as she could up the stairs and was confronted by the.. strange sight.
It looked at first like a giant bird, but then she saw a little blond haired girl enveloped within the white wings that had erupted from her shoulder blades. She was naked, except for the incredible length of hair that covered her front and back.
The girl was crying. "M-Mom!" she said looking up at her as she had fallen off the bed. Everything was huge... what happened to her? She was touching her new body, and quickly realised a lot of things were wrong. Very wrong.
"Whoa- Matthew?!" the woman in the apron said. "Oh nuts, you caught the virus huh? Huh, I need to sit down a minute," she quickly sat on the bed rubbing her head.
"-You- need a sit down? What about me!" The child exclaimed. "I- I-'m a girl!"
The adult woman nodded. "Yes. Yes. An adorable one. That's why I need to sit down." She ran a hand through the girl's long luxurious hair. "Oh you are so cute!"
"Mom!" Matt shouted through her tears. "You gotta do somethin'! Get me to a hospital or-"
"Or we can go shopping!" She giggled suddenly. She poked at her large feathery wings. "Hm, those wings might be a problem. I can't exactly have my little girl dressed inappropriately. Oh dear, what are you going to wear for a bra in the future? Oh well, I'm sure technology will have an answer for that in a few years."
Matt was taken aback. Has her mother gone completely nuts?!
With a brief glance to her new daughter, Matt's mother opened a cupboard and started to go through a few drawers. She looked at various articles of clothes. "Hm, no, no no, no, well maybe?" She flung out a large T-shirt. "Try putting this on baby."
"''am not a baby!" Matt screamed it in her new girlish voice. This... this was crazy.
Her mother leaned onto her, tilting her eyes looking her over. "No, I guess not. You're my precious little angel!" She giggled again embracing her.
"Mom!"
"Come on, put this on. Try to fold your wings as much as you can."
Matt reluctantly tried to put the shirt on. However the back part kept on getting caught on her wings. She could only put it on about half way, the rest crumpling and folding. She felt about to cry again. Her hair had spilled to the floor and was the only thing providing any modesty to her. This was horrible! Horrible! Her mother tried to cut holes in the T-shirt, but it didn't seem possible to thread this through either. The dimensions of the shirt, her own body, and wings just didn't allow for it even with holes.
Finally, Matt's mother had an idea as she took off her apron. "Here try this!"
Matt looked reluctantly but maybe it could work temporarily. It was quite a strange thing to wear, but it was easier. She folded the apron around herself and combined with some loose pants, it held her clothes together better. "I- I gotta go- to- a hospital mom," she said in the end. "I don't wanna be like this."
"Well, hopefully all the vitamins and good food you've been eating will make this temporary. Besides I think you look cute. Just see it as a little adventure for now. I guess I better re-enrol you in kindergarten- oh wait yes. I need to get you clothes! Come with me sweetie." She picked up the girl suddenly.
Matt tried to protest but the adult woman was too strong. She struggled a little, her wings flapping around. "Put me down! I don't wanna go anywhere!"
"Ha ha, that tickles dear!" Matt's mother laughed. "Please keep your wings still. Oh I can't wait to show you off to everyone else- oh don't worry that can wait. We need to make sure you have everything you need. Oh you need a new name. Um, I'll all you Molly. You look like a Molly to me."
if being over-mothered as a boy was bad, being a little girl was now over kill.
For now Matt felt relegated to her fate.
