The moment his mother entered the house, Jon couldn't take his eyes off of her. And she noticed.
"Jon? Why are you looking at me like that?" Linda asked.
"Huh?" Jon uttered. Then, when he realized that he was being affected by the ring, he turned away. But the damage was already done. He could already feel different. More ... motherly? It was a strange experience, indeed. He was just glad that he only looked at her for a matter of seconds. Who knew what would have happened if he had looked at her for a longer time?
