Karyan/Athena glanced down at the device, turning it right side up in her hands. In the process however, she accidentally hit the red button in the middle. The device was pointed at Jon/Zoe.
In an instant, Jon/Zoe and Jane/Zelda had disappeared. This only lasted a second or two though, as they re-appeared. Only this time, Zoe (who was dressed up as Jon) and Zelda (who was dressed up like her mother, clothes and all) were there. Karyan/Athena got a worried look on her face. Where had Jon gone?
Zelda/Jane gave a sigh. ''I see your sister still isn't home yet.''
Zoe/Jon ran up to comfort Zelda/Jane. ''It's alright mom, she's probably just on one of her trips. She'll be back soon.'' Zelda/Jane looked at her son, tears in her ears, and forced a smile. ''I know she will, it just puts such a stress on me sometimes. I don't know where my little girl is or what's she doing .'' Zelda/Jane rambled on as she left the room, with Zoe/Jon following close behind.
Karyan/Athena couldn't believe it. Here were her best friends Zoe and Zelda acting as Zoe's brother and mother. It was just too weird. Her mind turned elsewhere, however, as she wondered where on Earth the real Jon could be now.
Meanwhile, outside the Gibson house, Sarah McMillan walked by with her poodle,. Princess. Sarah was on her phone, like she always was, talking to a fellow cheerleader. ''Like, I know girl. He is sooooo hot! Yeah, you should totally ask him out. Don't, like' be scared either. No way he would reject a total bombshell like you!''
Sarah giggled, as did the girl on the other end. While Sarah chatted away, her poodle Princess kept in step with her master, trying not to fall behind. The dog was also scouting the area, trying to find a proper place to do her ''doggy'' business. The pooch found her spot on a nearby fire hydrant, and as she lifted up her hind leg, Sarah pulled on the tight leash. ''Come on, Princess!'' Sarah demanded, tugging the strap harder ''I, like, want to get to the mall. And you are totally slowing me down!''
Princess whimpered slightly, and knew she had no choice but to hold it in until they got back home. The dog started walking with Sarah, who looked down at the poodle and smiled. ''That's a good Princess. Like, when we get home, I'll let you lay on mommy's bed for a little while! Just don't like get slobber on it or something....''
Little did Sarah know, she was not smiling at an animal. She was actually smiling at a human. That human was Jon Gibson. The very Jon Gibson that Sarah thought of as a nerd, whose girlfriend was that hideous freak Karyan. But such insults did not cross Sarah's mind as she stared at her dog, and only seeing what her mind thought was supposed to be there.
Jon/Princess gave an excited yip after Sarah told him of his reward. He hurried along, eager to get home as Sarah got back on her cell phone. It wasn't a strange sight, to anyone besides Karyan/Athena anyway, to see a girl walking a naked guy. Passer-by's just seen an attractive young teenager walking her cute female poodle. And that's all they would see for the next three hours.
