Karyn knew where Jon hid a spare key, and let herself in through the back door. Thankfully, Jon's mom was out for the moment. Hopefully, Karyn thought, she'd be out before she returned.
Karyn immediately noticed something odd when she walked into the house. Karyn saw several pictures, all of Jon in various feminine dancewear, gracefully posed in some pictures, others of him actually dancing. Karyn made her way upstairs to Jon's room, half expecting what she would find.
Jon's room was absolutely decked out with ballet memorabilia. More photos, as well as certificates from ballet classes, and various awards. In his drawers were a multitude of tights in all sorts of colors and patterns. Karyn opened the closed and saw several costumes, some were downright plain and others were absolutely girly. She couldn't help but giggle at a skimpy pink taffeta number, or the red sequined leotard. She also noticed that his normal clothes had become girls clothes.
Why did Jon get so girly? Karyn wondered. I mean, guys can do ballet too, and not be so femme. She took the remote from her backpack and looked at it once more. What was the deal with this thing? She set the remote on Jon's bed and began searching for the stone. But before she found anything, she heard the door close and footsteps coming up the stairs.
Quickly, Karyn dove into Jon's closed and closed the door. Silky, lacy garments hung about her as ballet slippers (and even some high heels) were strewn about the floor.
"Jon?" His mother said as she came in, "Is that you? I thought I heard something."
Karyn remained motionless, peeking through the gap in the door. Her eyes went wide as she realized where she left the remote, and she could only watch as Jon's mom picked it up.
