"You know though," said Karyn. "Something's bugging me. That button changed something. And I don't remember what it is!"
"That's easy enough to fix," said Jon. "I can just wish you know. I wish you know what pushing the red button did!"
Karyn blinked. Jon was a guy! No wonder she had a guy's name... she was really a guy after all. Not only that, the button was temporary. All the changes would wear off in a day, and then she had to wait another day to use it again.
"What was it?" asked Jon.
"Oh, never mind, it's not important" said Karyn. "But it's going to wear off in a day."
They went on their trip to the mall, and Karyn couldn't believe her friend Jon was really a guy. She looked better than Sarah McMillan, and Karyn remembered her always being that way, everything from sharing clothes to helping each other with homework... well, she supposed helping with the homework could have happened anyway. But what was going to happen when the button wore off?
