am was relieved to see his friend and not just some random guy hitting on his sister's body.
"No, I understand about last night. The heat of the moment... I'd never expect someone like you..." Trent recoiled trying to hold his composure.
"Trent, I have no idea what you are talking about. I'm not sure I want to know. I just need to talk with you in private. Do you know of a good place?"
"I guess we can talk in my car. I mean if last night..."
"No. Stop talking until I can tell you what I have to say."
"Okay, after you."
They shuffled their way through the crowd and Trent opened the car door for Sam (Now Holly)
When they were both inside. Trent turned to Holly's representative.
"I'm sorry. I've just always really liked you. I should never have let my feelings take over when you were feeling so vulnerable...." His words came in a quick torrent.
"Trent. Stop. I don't know what happened between you and Holly and I don't want to know at the moment. It's me Sam." Sam said trying to take hold of the situation.
