The Wall Flower

Sam sat quietly the entire trip to the dance club. He was too absorbed in the oddity of his new predicament to worry about the fake IDs. They did the job and they were expedited in as attractive co-ed types.
Amber tried to pull Sam out on the dance floor but Sam at least managed to get away claiming to feel a bit ill.
Sam found a spot near the wall to stand and look at what was going on around him.
He tried Holly's cell phone but apparently she wasn't ready to talk just yet.
He rested Holly's head on her hands and closed her eyes.
"A drink for the lady?" came a voice just above her.
Her body became rigid with dread and she reluctantly looked up.
