Jamie pondered for a moment. "You know, Jon, we're basically twins now, which mean we should live in a slightly bigger house."
Jon nodded, "Or, if we don't, we can just wish up a bigger one." Jon finished up his twins thought.
"Right. Now, I'm not sure mom can keep that whole house clean now. And I certainly won't be cleaning the house."
Jon scratched his chin and looked off into the distance, pretending to be in deep thought, "A real conundrum, sister. I wonder who could possibly clean our house."
"Oh, hey, Karyn!" Jamie wrapped her arm around her best gal-pal. "You don't have a job right now, do you?"
Karyn sighed, "Just make your wish."
"I wish Karyn was hired to be our family maid."
Jamie looked Karyn up and down. "What, no costume?"
"It's a uniform, and I don't wear it when I'm off duty."
"Oh, that's not cool." Jon said. "I wanted instant gratification."
Jamie thought for a moment, "I wish that our living room needed to be cleaned."
"Oh, come on! Your mom is having that big party tomorrow and was letting me off tonight to relax!" Karyn said, a little surprised that she had this knowledge, though it made some sense. Then, her cell phone rang.
"Hello? Hi, Ms. Peterson." Karyn glowered at Jamie, then at Jon, "Is it? Can I get off by ten?" She paused as Jackie, Jon and Jamie's mom, spoke, and glanced at the stone. "Great. I'll be there in like ten minutes." Karyn flipped down her cell phone and pulled out her car keys. "I hope the two of you are happy."
"You have no idea." Jamie grinned, and the trio headed for the exit. "You will be wearing your costume, right?"
