"I wish that for the duration of the experiment, anytime someone drinks water in the Madison house, they will obey the next order given to them!"
The stone flashed, as it usually did. Keith and Eric sat eagerly. Nothing happened. Eric frowened.
"Of course. I forgot to provide a bit of stimuli. I wish the air in the Madison house was dry, enough so people are always a little bit thirsty. I wish Jon will feel REALLY thirsty and offer to get something to drink for the both of them. I wish all they had to drink right now was water, or liquids made from the water at Jon's house."
Jon's mouth was parched. He glanced at Kayrn, still slightly miffed at her loss. He stood. "I don't know about you," he said. "But I'm thirsty. Want anything?"
Karyn smiled. "Sure." Jon nodded.
"Right. Be back in a sec."
"He returned from the kitchen with two tall glasses of water. He handed one to her, then drank thirstily from the other one.
