Karyns mouth dropped open and she exclaimed: "Uhmm, Jon, is there something you wanted to tell me?"
Still feeling very off-center I say, "No, not so much tell you as ask you. I've made a wish yesterday, but it seems like the stone didnt work. Could you help me figure out why it went wrong?" My voice sounds a bit off, but i pay little attention to it as I notice that Karyns eyes are still bulging.
"Don't be too sure about it not working just yet Jon." Karyn starts digging in her purse and gets a little handheld mirror from her purse, which she holds up to my face. I look into it and from within the mirror Karyn stares back at me.
I gasp audibly while my minds works overtime trying to make sense of it all. Suddenly all the odd feelings and my strange voice make sense. But how, and why? Karyn grabs me by me arm and pulls me inside. "We'll be safer here, 2 of me might get us more attention then we can deal with right now. I understand that you didnt expect to turn out looking like me. And depending on the wording of your wish, you could possibly be stuck like this. So what exactly did you wish for?"
"I dont think i'm stuck with your body, i was pretty carefull for that when i worded my wish." I think back to the exact wording i used. I wish I be whomever i desire at any given moment. Suddenly something in my mind clicks as i put one and one together, and i start blushing furiously.
"I see you obviously figured something out. Are you going to tell me as well? What did you wish for?" Karyn asked. "I wished ... I wished to be whomever i desired at any given moment."
Karyn went silent for a few minute and then her eyes began to twinkle.
