After a hideously painful day of school it was finally the 2nd last period: History. Mr. Dickens' class was quite possibly the most boring experience Jared would ever have. Though it did allow him to think about that trick note. His mother never mentioned it that morning, could it really be legit? His sister would never think of something like that so I had to be. With Jenny out for the night, maybe his birthday's legacy would be fun after all.
Ben and Jared ditched last period like they planned and went to McDonald's. There Jared handed Ben the note before he could start talking about the flying druid whatevers in his newest videogame. Ben read the note aloud, in a voice that was trying and subsequently failing to be funny. He laughed and asked Jared if he really had the medallion.
"It's in my room. We've got more than 12 hours if you want to go home and give it a try." Jared told Ben.
"Nice try J, I'm not falling for this." Ben replied. He gave the note back to Jared.
"Fine...but think about it, any girl you want, in the nude."
"Like Jenny?" Ben asked excitedly, Ben liked to 'pretend' he had a crush on Jenny for laughs. It wasn't funny and he really did have a crush on Jenny.
"Except Jenny, asswipe." Jared hit the geek on the shoulder. "Let's get out of here. I got some clothes we can try out at home."
"Okay, but I still don't believe you." Ben agreed.
"Of course."
