Meanwhile, Karyn stopped in front of another store front and said, "I wish my hair looked like that." Referring to a large poster of a beautiful woman with long, straight, shine hair done in an ultra-feminine style.
Karyn's hair was changed.
And so was Jon's. His earlier wish had somehow created a link so whenever Karyn wished for something, the same thing happened to Jon.
Neither Mother nor son noticed the change in Jon's hair. Or rather neither noticed his hair changing.
Jon's mother did notice that her son had his hair done up like a beautiful, female model. Jon. We need to talk. Come on down stairs right now. You don't need to change."
While the last think that Jon wanted to do was to talk with his mom about what was happening, he knew that when she used that tone of voice, he didn't have any other choice but to obey her.
"Okay Mom. I'll be right down. I need to, ah, use the bathroom."
"Don't take too long." Jon's mother said, as she headed toward the kitchen.
'What is up with that boy!' She wondered. 'Is he gay? Or is he like those men I saw on whichever show it was, the men who wanted to be women.
Jon looked into the Bathroom Mirror at his reflection. He was dressed like some Teen starlet from one of those movies and he had the hair to match. He looked close and he found that unfortunately the hair was all his. As he looked himself over in the mirror he felt his skin tingle and then watched as it became flawless, smooth and, he shuddered, feminine.
"Shit." was all he could say as he watched. "I need to stop this!"
Jon then dashed out of the bathroom, heading for the stone he left on his dresser. He then stumbled and fell, not being used to running in heels. Then from downstairs he heard his mother.
"Damnit Jon!" His mother screamed "Get your ass down here, we need to sort this out, stop stalling!"
Jon stumbled to his feet and dashed for the stone almost breaking an ankle in the process. He hled the stone tightly in his hands and spoke.
"I wish I knew what is causing this!"
