"He's waking up," Biff heard a woman say. "Sir, are you okay?"
As Biff opened his eyes, he felt the room moving around him. Then he realized that he wasn't in a room. It looked like the back of a vehicle, like a van, or a truck ... or an ambulance.
His eyes wide open now, he looked up at two paramedics, wearing typical uniforms for their profession. One was a man, one was a woman. And for a moment, he thought that they looked normal. That all of that stuff he experienced earlier was just a terrible dream that he had just now woken up from. But then he started to notice oddities about the two of them. The woman had short hair and no make-up. The man, on the other hand, had his long hair in a ponytail, and he wore a decent amount of make-up, and some jewelry. No, whatever was happening before was now still happening here.
"I ... I have to get out of here," he uttered, trying to get up off the gurney. But the female paramedic pushed him back down.
"Please stay still, sir," she said. "You bumped your head when you fell. We're taking you to the hospital for observation."
"No. You don't understand," he said, trying to get up again. That was when the male paramedic injected him with something.
"He's hysterical about something," the man said.
"All men are hysterical about something," the woman said.
"That is not true and you know it," the man answered. That was the last thing Biff heard before passing out again.
