As they walked away, Karyn noticed something falling out of Biff's pocket. It was small and kind of reddish in color. Wondering what it was, she walked over to it and picked it up.
"A stone?" she muttered to herself. But then a flash of a memory, like something from a dream, appeared in her mind. It was like she had seen this stone before, even though she knew she hadn't. And with the sense of familiarity, she also felt like this stone was important for some reason. But why? It was just a stone.
Outside the school, after Biff put Boopsie down next to his car, he reached inside his pocket for the wishing stone, but realized that it was gone!
"What the hell?"
"What's wrong Biffy?" Boopsie asked.
"The stone's gone. I must have dropped it."
