When Samantha woke up, she was in a hospital room and her body ached all over. As if on cue, Dr. Marsh and Nurse Phoebe came in. Still naked, the two women sat down and asked Samantha how she was doing.
When Samantha said that her body ached, Dr. Marsh replied, "That's normal. It'll pass in a day or two. Would you like to see how you look?"
Samantha indicated yes, and a full-length mirror was produced. She, indeed, had the body of a young woman, a female version of her old male, body, but Samantha noticed a few things. "I don't have any breasts," she said.
"You'll get them, soon enough," said Dr. Marsh. "You're body will finish the transformation process on its own. It'll take a few months for your breasts to fully come in, but by then, your body will be fully acclimatized to its new gender. Your period will aslo be starting about that time. You're not fertile yet, but you will be soon. You will be staying here for a few days for evaluation. You'll notice your boobs starting to bud by the time you leave. You'll be fighting with the other sex changes over 'who's got the biggest boobs' soon enough."
"Meanwhile," said Nurse Phoebe, "we'll get you trained on how to take care of your new body. How to put on a bra, how to put in a tampon, remembering to pee sitting down. That sort of thing."
"And we'll share our experiences in having our own sexes changed," said Dr. Marsh. "Its a good way to help new changers adjust to their new lives." Dr. Marsh put one hand on her pregnant belly and the other on Nurse Phoebe's leg. "Now, who would you like to go first?"
