Hormones

Jon sighed, defeated. He wanted to have breasts like he wanted a hole in his head, but there was no sacrifice he wasn't prepared to make to win back Karyn.
"Very well," he said reluctantly. "Pass me your pills."
"Don't be stupid, Jon," said Karyn, her tone cutting him like a knife. "These are my birth control pills, and I need them."
"Then I don't see how you expect me to..." Jon protested.
"I expect you to buy your own birth control pills, just like everybody else! In fact, you know what? We're going to the drug store."
"You mean right now?" asked Jon incredulously.
"The sooner the better, I think; besides you need practice buying them, since you're going to be taking them for a good long time if I have anything to say about it." And I do, she thought darkly. "I want you to strut right up to the pharmacist and explain that you want female hormones because you're ashamed of being a man, and long to turn into a woman."
Jon gaped at her, horrified. But he knew in his heart that there was no way he could resist. Silently he hoped that Karyn wouldn't force him to actually take the pills once he'd bought them, but he doubted it.
"Can I at least change my clothes," he asked desperately, self-conscious in the dress he was wearing.
"Absolutely not; it's important that you demonstrate your comittment to being female. Now, let's be on our way."
