"Well," said Karyn, with a smile on her face. "I was thinking that maybe we could go to the mall and just play with the stone later."
"That sounds like a great idea. I've been meaning to check out that new store. You know, the one that specializes in women's summer wear? I know it's still April, but I really want to be ready for the summer. Maybe get a few bikinis?" Jen asked, smiling.
"Sure, that sounds great," Karyn said. She put the stone on Jen's desk and then headed towards the door.
But as Karyn was leaving the room, she didn't notice Jen picking the stone up and putting it in her purse. Apparently, someone wouldn't be waiting until later to play with the stone after all.
