At about 11:30, Jennifer's cell phone rang.
She woke up and answered the phone. "Who is it? I'm trying to sleep."
"It's me, Karyn."
"Karyn, what do you want?"
"You have to get to my house NOW."
"What? Why?"
"Because of the wish. I wished that you would be a girl until you returned to my house TONIGHT. It'll be midnight in just a half an hour. If you don't get back here, you may be stuck as a girl for the rest of your life."
Jennifer thought about it. As she thought earlier, she was becoming more comfortable being a girl. But then again, she's not supposed to be Jennifer, she's supposed to be Jon. She glanced at her clock - 11:33. If she ran to Karyn's house, she'd have at least 20 minutes to spare. Plenty of time. But does she want to be Jon again?
