Just then Helen called to Jennifer and the mother of the baby Jennifer had held in the bath room stopped by and took Jennifer's hand saying, "I want to thank you again. You are such a nice girl. You will make a good mother some day. I wish you find the right man to get married to and have several children."
Just before that wish had been made, Jennifer had turned her attention to Helen, so she hadn't heard the wish.
