He took another look at Karyn, and down at himself, frowning. "Karyn, is it possible that because I'm aware of changes because I know the stone exists, but not what they are...because I didn't hear the wish?"
"But you just said you thought you were taller than me, which is silly, You're barely the same height as me in heels." Karyn said. Jon continued to look at his clothes, uncertain about them. They seemed wrong also.
"Because nothing is changing, it's just your imagination," Karyn said.
Jon blinked, and looked up at her. "What?" He was distracted by what he was wearing. It seemed all wrong to him,
"I said it's just your imagination," she repeated. "Look, I've seen all those clothes before, that skirt you're wearing I bought you for your birthday last year, and your Top, you bought while we were shopping just 3 weeks ago, you got your hair redyed and highlighted just last week, and Your nails are the same color that I painted them two nights ago when you stayed over and we watched Chick flicks all night. What else is there, oh! Those are the same heels you wore to Homecoming earlier this year, you remember what happened that night, don't you? So, can we get going now?"
Jon did remember Homecoming night, it was impossible to forget, he notably blushed
Alright then, so you'll stop badgering me about things changing, we've got a stone to find.
Jon hesitated, Everything Karyn said was true, he recalled every detail, but then why did he feel that his clothes were still wrong. he followed behind Karyn.
