Meanwhile, down the hall, someone nearly tripped over the rock. "I wish I knew what jerk left a rock in the middle of the hall," they muttered. Suddenly their eyes lit up, and a small smile hit their face...They knew exactly what they were going to do with this...
The boy stuck the rock in his pocket and walked boldly, something he'd never done before, toward where the cheerleaders were chatting by their lockers.
His eyes locked onto Sarah, the Head Cheerleader and prettiest girl in school. "Sarah, would you like to go out with me Saturday night?"
She stared at him, momentarily taken aback. Average losers like this one didn't normally act so bold. Then, she composed herself. "You're serious? Are you brain damaged or something? Not only do you think I'd be interested in a loser like you, but my boyfriend will beat the crap out of you for even asking." She wouldn't even bother pointing this out normally, but this was the equivalent of slowing down when you see a car wreck.
He looked at her with a confident look that seemed out of place. "I just wanted to see what it would be like to ask the hottest girl in school out. But don't worry. I don't think Biff will be coming after me," he said, leaving a perplexed Sarah.
He walked away, hand in his pocket. Why do the hottest girls always act like bitches? he thought. He smiled. He could certainly do something about fixing the situation at school.
