Jon was ecstatic. His first victory as a superhero! Sure to be the first of many.

He was up, up, and away, zooming through the air...

"Aaargh!"

Pain! It erupted on all sides as little pinpricks of acute torment sprouted up out of the blue, sending him tumbling from the sky as he writhed in agony. He looked down and saw strange darts embedded in his flesh. They glowed with an eerie green light that seemed to match the oppressive waves of pain shuddering through his body.

"Supergirl? What's wrong?"

Jon couldn't explain. His head throbbed with a migraine that reduced anything resembling speech from his mouth to nonsensical moans. Tears streamed from his eyes, falling off his face as the wind slammed into him.

He was falling...! He lost the ability to fly! He kicked his legs reflexively, like he could swim up air, but that was a futile gesture. He needed to use the machines in his breasts and his shoes, but he couldn't remember how. The pain...! It hurt so bad!

"Supergirl, we are sending a unit to assist you. Hang on until they arrive."

Jon tried to fly. He tried to focus...

The ground seemed to shoot toward him. There was no escaping it.

He opened his mouth and let out the girliest shriek he'd ever heard, a scream of pain and terror. He didn't sound like a hero, anymore. He was a damsel in distress! He needed someone to save him. He flailed around in a panic, screaming his head off. "Eeeeeeek!"

The ground approached... and, fortunately, he passed out before the impact.

When Jon came to, his circumstances had changed. His head still throbbed, something bit into his wrists and ankles, and he felt too sick to move, but he wasn't falling anymore. He lay on his back against a hard, flat surface in a dark environment.

He opened his eyes to see a shadowed ceiling with his girly silhouette spread across it. The main light source wasn't on the ceiling; it was shining up from the table he lay on. That was weird. It didn't look like the medical facility.

He tried to move his hand to his head to rub it, but something on his wrist held him fast. He tried to move the other one and found it similarly immobile. He tried to sit up, only to find that his wrists and ankles were cuffed with some kind of leather joined to something that glowed green. He couldn't sit up all the way, only squirm on the lit table. He tugged at the cuffs with all the intent to snap them, but his super strength was gone. Something about the glowing restraints was... kryptonite to him.

"And she awakes," a deep male voice boomed from beside Jon.

He turned his head to the left and saw an unfamiliar man standing over him, a stern expression on his face offset by a maniacal glee in his eyes as they traveled over Jon's female body, lingering on his breasts. A strange sort of dread flowed through him, the kind no man was likely to experience: the fear of a vulnerable woman at the mercy of a powerful man. "Who... Who are you?"

"I'll make myself known to the world soon enough," the man said cryptically. "Everything was going according to plan, until you showed up and botched my assassination attempt."

"The plane," Jon realized. "You engineered the accident. To kill someone?"

The thought that this guy could kill hundreds to take out one person was loathsome. This guy, whoever he was, was a villain.

"And it would have worked, too, if some stupid bitch hadn't stuck her pretty nose where it didn't belong." The villain prodded Jon's nose with a beefy finger, making a point of the fact that he had Jon captive, and he was helpless to stop him from doing whatever he wanted to Jon.

Oh, God... Was it possible that this guy wanted to do to Jon what most villains wanted to do with hapless heroines? Would he try to... sexually assault Supergirl? And if he did... what would happen when he found out that Supergirl wasn't really a girl?

A door at the end of the room opened and someone entered the room.

Jon breathed a sigh of relief as the man withdrew his hand and moved to address the newcomer. Then his eyes widened when he saw who it was.
