As Jon made his way silently through the forest he kept his eyes open for his destination.
Behind him, only a few yards away from him, by what he could tell, a twig snapped.
Jon spun around quickly and saw absolutely nothing.
"Must've been a rabbit." Jon said to himself.
Jon turned back around to come face to face with Athena.
"A-Athena!. H-hi." Jon said scared.
"What are you doing in my forest Jon? You know I have told you to stay away." Athena said.
"Y-y-yes Athena, b-but you see I have been sent on a journey t-to l-l-look for an ancient medallion. I was trying to p-pass through here as fast as I could. P-p-please forgive me. If you will pardon me this one final t-t-time, I promise I will never trespass again." Jon stammered.
"Come come come Jon. You know I can't do that, this is your third strike. If I let you off free then what image would that project of me to the rest of Anthia?" Athena said.
"That you are a merciful and forgiving being?" Jon said.
"But I'm not, and we can't have people thinking I am." Athena said.
Jon turned to sprint off but suddenly he was frozen solid.
"Athena, please, I am begging you." Jon said.
"Not this time my dear. You never should have broken up with me, think you could be at my side right now instead of at my mercy." Athena said.
"You're mad Athena! I left you before you gained your powers! If I had known you would gain these powers I would have cut you down when I had the chance. You were crazy before and you have become even crazier with these powers!" Jon said. He knew that now there would be no escaping Athena's wrath so he may as well tell her what he had wished to tell her forever.
"Now what shall I do to you?" Athena said pondering. Her mouth was forming a wicked grin. Jon knew that grin and it made him sick.
"Oh I know!" Athena said raising her right hand and pointing her index finger at Jon. the tip of her finger started glowing with a powerful white energy.
