"Finally", sighed Zoe.
Grabbing the still rather warm rock, she said, "I wish that, no matter how many wishes I make, the stone will not burn my hands, nor even hurt them, without limiting its power. I also wish that magic is in this world as is described in the description section of this book," while holding another Dungeons and Dragons book. "I also wish there is a committee in existance, consisting of one ruling member from each race, and run much like the UN was, but a much more effective leading organization. I wish I was the leader of that group."
Climbing out of the cold pond, Jon shivered. "I w-wish it wasn't t-the end of J-January. T-t-the w-water is-s f-freezing!" said Jon, wishing he had his rock.
Trying unsuccessfully to make some clotes using his "elven skills," he finally gave up and tried to trace his steps back to Zoe.
"Why do elves have to be so stealthy? I can hardly see where I so much as turnes a twig, even with my elven vision."
Grumbling, Jon came upon another elf, sleeping near what used to be a house. Nearby was a grave. The elf looked like she had cried herself to sleep. But she looked familiar.
Waking her, Jon recognised her. "Karyn!?!?"
"Huh, Max?" asked a confused Karyn.
"No, I'm not your little brother, Its Jon."
"Oh, Your highness, forgive me. My brother and parents died in the house when it collapsed. I-"
"Your highness?! What are you talking about? I thought that you wer- oh, the stone..."
"Your majesty is too kind to address a member of House Servitor as an equal elf. I am not worthy," said Karyn, practically kissing the dirt. "But, If I could request a favor?"
"Just ask before I puke. Damn Zoe."
Raising her eyebrows, she asked, "Might sire use the stone he used to expand my breasts to bring my family from the dead?"
"Ugh, I don't have it anymore, my sister- No, NOT her f-ing highness!!, my BITCH sister Zoe has it!"
"Oh my, your majesty. Far be it from me to scold you, but you shouldn't talk about Her Majes-"
"DON'T say it!" interrupted Jon. "It is because of her that your family is dead. It is because of her that we are elves. It is because of her that I am freezing cold, soaked to the bone, and stuck as a 12 year old elf!"
"Huh?" asked Karyn, forgetting herself and beginning to think her sovreign and former charge was going insane. Although Karyn remembered having many dreams about being a human, she knew she was always an elf. She had even remembered dreaming that the prince had been a 17-year old who made her breasts bigger, but she knew that he was really a mischivous elf who probably played some kind of prank on her with the stone.
"Look, just come with be to find Zoe and we'll see if she can't settle all of this," sighed Jon.
"Of course, your highness."
"Oh brother..." sighed Jon as they made off.
