Kevin arrived at Dino's Pizza, but he was not alone. Alongside him was an attractive young woman about Sarah's age. She had long dark hair and green eyes, and large breasts that rivalled Sarah's. She wore a daringly low-cut dress with a very short skirt. She gave Sarah a contemptuous smirk, as if to say "He's mine, bitch."
"Hello Sarah," said Kevin. "I'd like you to meet my girlfriend Jean."
Sarah attempted to read their minds, but she couldn't. She knew right away who this girl was and what was really happening.
Jean was clearly Jon, having used his powers to transform himself. Sarah had been right -- the date WAS a prank. They had probably planned this all along. Kevin asks Sarah for a date, only to show up with a girlfriend he hadn't bothered to tell Sarah about. He then proceeds to dump Sarah in a public place, so as to further embarass her.
Jean and Kevin both smiled at each other. "Oh, I'm sorry, Sarah." said Kevin sarcastically. "Did I give you the impression that this was a date? Well it was. Just not with you."
"Kevin's a one-woman man, bitch." Jean added, her tone cold. "You're not good enough to steal him from me."
Sarah would have been more upset about this if she hadn't known that Jean, aka Jon, had done far worse than pull a mean-spirited prank such as this. Jon had transformed several people against their will. At the moment, Sarah was aware that Jon had transformed one girl into a boy (Karyn into Kevin), five boys into girls (only one of whom had actually wanted to be a girl, and retained memory of her prior life), and two boys into animals (Steve 'The Stud' Farber and Mike 'Moose' Matthews; Sarah had only found out about Moose just a few hours ago. He had been transformed into his namesake, predictably enough). He was also responsible for the deaths of thousands of living beings in another galaxy due to his careless method of getting rid of all the world's weapons of mass destruction. And who knows what else Jon had already done that Sarah wasn't aware of yet?
Sarah knew right away that she had to make a decision. Should she just let Jean and Kevin laugh at her and walk out, hoping Jean/Jon wouldn't try to transform her, or should she confront Jon? Nicole was there to back her up should a fight ensue, but Sarah still wasn't sure just what the limits of the powers she, Nicole, and Jon had were, if indeed they had any limits.
Her options at the moment appeared to be to leave, just stay and hope they don't suspect Sarah and Nicole know the truth, or confront them with her knowledge of their true identities and Jon's crimes. She also had to consider the welfare of those in the pizza place who didn't know what was going on (Nicole's date Mickey, six employees, and three other customers).
She thought quickly, and then decided to...
