Jon looked at the computer monitor and his jaw dropped. There on the screen was a beautiful tall woman dressed in an evening gown. But there was something very different about her. She was very pregnant!

As Karyn finished reading she looked up at Jon, who now was the exact copy of the woman in the picture.
"Oh, Jon. You look so lovely." Emily could not believe how incredible Jon looked.
He had a very funny look on his face.
"Jon, say something", said Emily.
"It moved", said Jon. "The baby just moved."
"This is so incredible", said Karyn. "I don't think we will be needing that dress, do you Emily?"
"No, I certainly hope not."
"OK, then let's go to the next picture and see if we can get something nice that we can keep."
Emily and Karyn turned back to the computer and hit the enter key to make Powerpoint bring up the next picture they had downloaded.
They both started laughing hysterically.
"Oh, Jon", said Karyn, "you are going to love this!"
