I put on my duplicate Karyn jeans again and ran outside to see Karyn and Emily waiting by the car. They were both standing outside, and it seemed that Karyn had just slammed the car door in order to attract my attention.
"I knew you weren't going anywhere," I said.
"Of course we're going somewhere," replied Karyn. "We're going to the mall. You don't have to come, but it would be more fun if you do."
"But the clothes..."
"You mean we can't get free clothes if we go to the mall? Of course we can. We have the stone, so we can wish for money. Come on with us, you can buy some free clothes too."
"B-- but Karyn, you changed me. What kind of clothes am I going to buy to fit myself when half of my body is like yours? And how do I explain this to people? This wasn't a direct wish, people won't think it's normal."
"I see he's finally catching on," said Emily.
I sighed and got into the car. Then Karyn and Emily did and Karyn drove us off to the mall.
