Just then, the door opens and Shane and Janet see Jon walk in the door.
"Hi Mom", Jon says.
"What are you doing here?" Janet asks as Shane continues setting her hair.
"I saw the sign and thought it would be a good idea to get a job to help me forget about grandpa", John says
"Your hired" Shane says, half jokingly. And as she looks at Jon se see's that he was serious and that he was smiling.
"When do I start" Jon says
Suprised Shane looks at Jon and say's "how about now? There is a Smock in the back that you can wear"
Janet is perplexed by Jon suddenly applying to Miss Shane's and says "I wish I knew why he applied here."
Shane agree's and at the same time Janet knows what the stone is and how the wishes worked. Quickly she says outloud "I wish that Jon would forget about his inheritance from his grandfather" and with a sudden burst "and would do what I ask of him as if he could think of nothing that would please him more"
"You and every mother in town" Shena says as she finishes Janets Set and is placed under the dryer.
