"Hurry up, hon," his mom told him. He walked carefully through his house (which had recently become a small restaurant), and out the front door, to see the squad. Kelly, Katie, Jenny, Becky, and Melanie were all waiting in Melanie's car. Jon causiously walked to the car as Jenny called out.
"Jonny, hurry up... we got to go, or we'll miss the Bus!" Jon hopped in the car and the group was off. Jon felt as a foriegner in a stange world as the Girls chatted about boys and clothes and shoes.
"Jonny... are you ok?" Becky asked. Jon turned to her and looked into her beautiful eyes.
"Yeah, I'm... uh... fine." he said.
"Well, you better work on that, cause we're going to be in front of a crowd tonight...so you got to be as perky as you can be." she said. Jonsmiled at her and tried to think how his life could possibly get worse. It was then the car stopped at the school, next to the Bus that would be taking the cheerleaders to the game tonight... then Jon saw how it could get worse, because not only were the cheerleaders on this bus... but so were the Football players.
"Just my Luck," Jon said.
