As Karyn hung up the phone she pulled on her green jumper and was about to leave her room. Suddenly she felt like something was off. It was then a feeling of pain and shock over took her. A blinding light caused her to closer her eyes and she felt a supernatural experience overcome her body.
Slowly she recovered and her vision was a bit blurry at first. Feeling the cold of the title floor she pushed herself up. Instantly stumbling a bit from feeling of unbalance. Already knowing Jon must have wished for something Karyn stated out loud “Very funny Jon what did you do now....” instantly slapping her hands to her mouth. Not recognizing her own voice. It sounds a little deeper and more mature.
Looking down at herself she saw she now was dressed in a blue long sleeve and jeans but her body looked bigger, curvier and taller. Rushing out of Jon’s kitchen she ran to the guest restroom, knowing their was a mirror.
Turning the corner and into the room she Couldn’t believe what she was looking at. Staring back at her was a reflection a of scared Barbara Parker. Her brown hair almost in the way Karyn pushed it back. Leaning in closer she studied Barbara’s face. A chill ran down her spine as she saw Barbara’s reflection acting like a nervous teenager girl. One moment she was a 18 year old high schooler and suddenly she’s now a middle aged mom.
The ring of the phone made Karyn jump. Walking over to the kitchen she felt her new bigger breasts bounce with each step. Grabbing the phone Karyn wasn’t sure what to do. “Umm hello...” Karyn nervously said
“Karyn! Is that you dear?” Barbara asked over the phone
“Ms Parker! Oh my god!” Karyn started trying not to freak out
“Hunny how did this happen...I’m you!” Barbara said
Pacing back and forth Karyn replied “it was the stone.” Bitting her lip nervous to ask what she already knew the answer too. “Did you make a wish on a stone.”
“Ummm now you bring it up...yes I did but dear...I didn’t know it would work.”
Karyn’s heart dropped. Already knowing there was know way to unwish what Barbara had done. Not wanting to make it worse and freak out Ms Parker she asked “Do you know where the stone went?”
Barbara replied “I can’t remember. All I remember was hanging up the phone and wishing I could be you...then there was a light...”
Karyn stated “ok...ok...ok....” doing her best not to panic. “I will look for it.”
“It will be fine dear I’ll come help.” Barbara said
“No you can’t.” Karyn said “by now Jon’s already on his way to school and i can’t miss today’s test or I’ll fail my math class.”
“Math!” Barbara stated “I think I should be able to do that for you. I mean how hard can a high school math test be.”
Laughing Karyn said “oh really.” Stopping for a second “ok fine you go to school for me and I’ll look for the stone here. After school we’ll fix this somehow.”
“Ok dear I promise I won’t mess your life up.” Barbara stated as she hung up the phone.
Setting the phone down Karyn looked at her hand. It was older and much different then her own. Looking down once more she couldn’t believe she had Barbara’s body. Searching for the stone nothing came up. Thinking “why did Jon even get that stupid thing”
As time passed she knew she wouldn’t find it anytime soon.
Growing frustrated she looked out the kitchen window. In the window she could she her own reflection. Bringing her hand up to her face she grew more worried that she’d be stuck like this forever
