Patty nodded, "Okay, I'm going to wish to know exactly when that wish will wear out, so we can plan for it, okay?"
Karyn nodded, her limited movement ability causing Patty's breasts to bob up slightly then fall back into their previous position, 'Yeah, that sounds good.'
Patty nodded, "I wish to know when the wish that turned Jon into Joan will wear off." And suddenly she knew. "Wow, we don't have very long. Only until about noon. Then Joan will be Jon again, and then you'll... be normal again." Something was wrong with that statement, but Patty couldn't figure out what it was, exactly...
'Yeah, I know, I can't wait, I don't want to be a piece of fabric anymore. I mean, it was weird being in the room with you when... um, y'know, and I can barely move at all, let alone get away.' Karyn shivered, vibrating Patty's breasts, which were still somewhat raw from all of the treatment they'd received the night before.
Patty thought for a second. "Hey Karyn, whose house are we in, anyway?"
Karyn wasn't able to blink, not having eyes, but if she'd had them, she would have used them, 'Oh, Kelly's room... KELLY!'
Patty wondered, "Who's Kelly?"
'Kelly, she's one of Sarah's friends, she's uh, well when Patty... anyway, Patty turned her into a tampon...'
Patty blinked, "A tampon?" Karyn nodded again, distracting Patty for a moment before she got back to her thoughts, "Well what'd she do with... her?"
Karyn was silent for a moment, 'You're kidding right? It's that tampon you had in you when you switched bodies with her, remember? Danny threw her on the floor?'
Patty looked at the unassuming thing on the floor. She'd been just about ready to throw the thing away, it was hard to believe that it had once been a person, and if Karyn had been unable to speak, as the original stone was, she would never have even guessed it. After all, Patty didn't even remember any Kelly's, but then, wishes altered the memories of those who hadn't heard the wishes, so it was entirely possible.
