"I wish I knew if Jon had learned his lesson."
Since Jon, at the moment, did not exist, Karyn received the answer of 'No'.
"Well, I guess it is about time for Jennifer to undertake her next task of being a woman." Karyn said out loud.
For the next half hour, Karyn thought about what would be the best task to give Jennifer for her next task.
As sleep overtook her she had made up her mind.
In the morning, Karyn went to join Jennifer on the walk to school. As they neared the school, Karyn said to Jennifer, "I have decided upon your next task."
"Oh be still my beating heart." Jennifer said. While she knew that while had to do a total of ten tasks, she wasn't looking forward to the remaining tasks.
Just before Karyn announced Jennifer's next task, Roy noticed them and walked over to join them.
Before he joined the two girls, Jennifer turned to Karyn and said. "Roy is a nice guy, but he is picked on too much. I wish that he was picked on less."
"That isn't a good idea." Karyn said, putting her hand into her purse to make sure that she still had the rock. "We shouldn't change reality too much."
"You think?" Jennifer said, looking at Karyn. "And what do you call this?" She asked pointing to her body.
As Roy joined the two girls, Sarah walked by with her friends. "Look ladies, it is the nerd and two jerk girls."
Once again Jennifer stepped up to bat for Roy. Standing in front of Sarah, she said. "Sarah, you are a stuck up bitch who hangs out with a bunch of pretend girls who wouldn't know an independent idea if it bit them on their ass."
"Out of my way jerk girl." Sarah said, pushing Jennifer hard.
Jennifer took a step back but her heel caught in a crack of the sidewalk and she fell into Karyn, knocking them both down.
Roy rushed over to help them up.
After standing the girls up, Roy noticed the rock that Karyn had dropped. "Karyn you dropped this rock?" Roy asked as he bent over to pick up the rock.
Jennifer, was still mad at Sarah and was muttering under her breath.
Roy, holding the rock thought about how Jennifer had defended him twice. He liked that Jennifer liked him but he wished that she didn't have to defend him. Under his breath Roy said, "I wish
