Jennifer thought that she would now just have to pick out fourteen new outfits and be done.
She thought wrong.
Karyn led Jennifer to the Teen section of the store. Jennifer thought she would just grab some clothes, 'In size 6.' she reminded herself.
Karyn began taking clothes off the rack and holding them up to herself. "What do you think?"
Jon would have said, "It's okay", however Jennifer looked at the outfit with a more critical eye. "I like the color on you but I am not sure if I like that style. I think it would be too tight across your breasts."
Karyn looked at the outfit in the mirror and said, "I think you are right." As she put the outfit back.
"How about this for you?" Karyn asked, handing Jennifer a dress.
"Why do I need a dress?" Jennifer asked, even as she thought 'I think that color would look great on me. I am not so sure if I like the way the bodice looks. I'll have to try it on to see if it fits well.'
"A girls got to have a least a couple of nice dresses. Besides, you can wear it to church."
'Church?' Jennifer thought. 'Oh my god. I need more than fourteen outfits.' as the fact that there would be many days when she would need more than one outfit.
"Try it on." Karyn said, handing Jennifer the dress and all but pushing her into the ladies changing room.
As Jennifer looked at her reflection in the mirror in the changing room she thought, 'I really don't want to wear a dress.' She then thought, 'I was right about the color. It does look good on me. The bodice is a bit low cut but I don't think it is too low cut.'
She then stepped out of the changing room to look at herself in the mirror at the end of the row of changing rooms.
As she turned this way and that, looking at herself in the mirror she asked Karyn, "Does this dress make me look
