Then everything went dark. Jon felt that he was floating, but everything seemed strange. He stayed like that for hours, then found himself being pushed down some kind of fleshy corridor. There was suddenly light, and someone slapped him. He cried out and opened his eyes.
Then he knew what had happened. He was the baby. He remembered his life as Jon but those were just memories. His parents were Jon and DeMorrell and his mother, the real Jon, had made a mistake with a wish.
Soon he was moved around the room and he found himself being put up to a woman's breast. He just knew that this was the real Jon, who had just given birth to him. She was his mother, she would care for him. Yet not only did he feel close to his mother, he also remembered what she did and felt the same things that she would.... Was he Jon? Was he Jon's son?
