Karyn wandered through the streets, barefoot, in just a T-shirt and underwear, until she came to the house of the star of her high school football team's defensive line, Mike the Moose Matthews. Like Jon, she had no trouble entering the locked door, and like Jon, nobody noticed when she started putting on Moose's clothes.
Even Moose himself just got a sort of glassy look on his face and left his house.
While Jon and Karyn were close enough in size that he could technically "fit" into her clothes, Karyn had no hope of getting the clothes of a 6'2" behemoth to stay on her without some changes. She grew up, and she grew out. She looked the same, but now her body was big enough that she was a normal size for Mike's clothes.
After getting dressed Karyn shook her head just like Jon had, then thought to herself, "Did I forget to put on a bra?"
Karyn the Killer Matthews touched her chest through her favorite Dan Marino jersey to confirm that beneath it was unsupported flesh, then took her shirt back off and opened her dresser drawer. As she opened it, the drawer's contents shifted. New additions made themselves known in the form of large, custom-ordered bras. Not giving any mind to the garments that were materializing before her eyes, Karyn picked one out and secured it around her chest before putting her jersey back on.
The wish for Sarah's hair and boobs was still affecting Karyn, but in this form she wouldn't have heard it, so she thought she had always been this way.
