Suddenly the phone in Lisa's purse started to ring. James opened up Lisa's purse and looked at the phone number displayed. He didn't recognize it, but decided he should answer it.
"Hello."
"Oh God Lisa." The male voice said. "Are you ok? I just got off the phone with Jack, he called me every fucking name in the book. I am so sorry. How did he find out?"
James quickly realized that he was talking to Joe, the guy that Lisa had been having the affaire with. James didn't know what else to say, so he told Joe about Jack throwing 'her' out of the house.
"That son of a bitch." Joe said angrily. "Do you have a place to stay? You know that you are welcome to come over here and stay as long as you like."
"Thanks Joe." James said nervously to Lisa's lover. "Let me think about it." James said and quickly said goodbye.
James got into Lisa's car and tried to think of what 'she' should do next.
