Meanwhile, Zoe Madison was having a strange day. She wasn't even sure her last name was Madison anymore. It had all started when, early in the morning, her brother (?) Jon had come wandering into her bedroom. He was, at first, only wearing a towel, but that wasn't how he ended up.
Normally Zoe would have freaked out at Jon even entering her room, but that morning she had just sat on the edge of her bed watching him drop the towel, open the closet and begin to don her clothes. Somewhere deep in her brain she thought that it must be wrong, but she couldn't pinpoint why that might be. Instead she watched him walk over to the bed where she sat in her underwear, sit next to her, and pull on her fishnet stockings.
At that point Zoe felt she had seen enough. She couldn't just sit there and watch her brother (was she sure he was her brother?) get dressed all day. She had to get dressed herself. Not bothering to put on any of the clothes she saw in the room, she got up, walked into the hallway, avoided her other brother Mikey in the hallway, then trotted, barefoot and underdressed down the stairs and out the door.
