"Mikey! Time to go to school!" he heard his mom yell up to him.
After some serious thought, Mikey decided to keep the stone at home. But before he left for school, he made one final wish to always know where the person searching clothes was located. That way, he wouldn't have to keep consulting the stone every time he wanted to know.
Right now, he knew that a girl was walking off of the high school grounds and into the adjacent neighborhood. The high school was in the opposite direction from his school. He couldn't do anything to stop her.
"Mikey!" his mom called again.
"Okay, I'm coming!" he shouted down.
He ran downstairs with his schoolbag. And after his mom kissed him goodbye (he hoped that none of his friends would ever see that), he ran out the door and waited for the school bus.
