As Jon moved toward Mikey's room, Mikey, who hadn't heard Jon or the phone was planning his next step to get back at Jon. 'Or is it Janet?' Mikey thought to himself. "I wish that Jon would answer to the name Janet until I say otherwise and that he wore clothes that were obviously made to fit a girl."
Jon entered Mikey's room and demanded, "Mikey! What did you do to me?"
Mikey looked over at his older brother and saw that he was wearing stretch jeans in a pinkish color and had on a green striped girl's top with a V-neck. His shoes were open toed sandals.
"Nothing Janet." Mikey said.
"I know you did something." Jon said, not noticing that Mikey had called him Janet.
"What could I have done?" Mikey asked.
Jon wasn't sure. While he thought that Mikey may have found the wishing rock, he couldn't just come out and ask Mikey. If Mikey hadn't then Jon would be letting too much out, if he had, then he most likely would not tell the truth.
"I don't know, but I am sure you did something." Jon lamely said.
"Janet, shouldn't you be fixing dinner now?" Mikey asked.
"Mom called and said she would be about a half hour late so I should delay starting dinner."
"Well, Janet, is there anything else, or can I get back to my game." Mikey asked.
Jon really wanted to say something, anything, but couldn't think of what else to say. "I guess not." He said and left Mikey's room, heading to his own room to check to see if the wishing stone was where he had left it.
'That was a bit too close.' Mikey thought, 'For a moment, I thought Jon, no Janet was going to demand the stone back. I can't let that happen.'
