Grinning maliciously to himself, Jon ducked into a sheltered alley on his way home. He had been thinking of Karyn's wishes and how she was going to have her new assets removed. "First she accidentally turned her breasts into implants then she used the stone to have them removed because she doesn't really want them." Jon stroked his chin before looking to make sure no one was around. "I wish that Karyn wants her implants removed because they are too small and her procedure tomorrow is replacing her current breast implants with a pair of breast implants three times the size of her current implants." "Hmm, Karyn will be pretty unbalanced with breasts that large." Jon mused. "I wish that tomorrow, Karyn will also be receiving butt implants large enough to counter-balance the size and weight of her new breast implants and also receive a new muscle strengthening treatment allowing her to carry this new weight without becoming visually any more muscular. I wish that the recovery period for Karyn's procedure tomorrow is only twenty-four hours."
Jon mentally patted himself on the back. "Tomorrow is going to be a day of good things."
