Jon raced after the lady, shouting, "Miss, Miss! I need my wallet."
As he ran he noticed that his chest jiggled up and down and his strides were restricted because of the tight skirt he was wearing.
Then, the magic of the rock hit him. (It must have had a delayed effect since he was normally the master of the magical item, and was so intimately acquainted with it.)
"Why I am so surprised about the swap?" he thought. "After all, we bumped into each other pretty hard." He also was well aware of the law. Ever since headswapping became a normal part of life, and people began to live with it, the government passed some laws.
He thought about that law, remembering that when a swap occurred accidentally, you were supposed to exchange items and contact information so that you could arrange the swap back. Of course, you couldn't swap back until a day had passed, or you had swapped with at least two other people, whichever came first.
Most times, people opted to wait it out a day, rather than mixing up things even more.
As he thought of this, Jon suddenly wondered why he was so startled by the swap. After all, it had happened to him a few years back, but that was with a guy about his age. He had always tried to be careful ever since.
So...why was this woman hurrying away?
Suddenly he heard the sound of footsteps hurrying behind him and a loud, angry sounding voice:
"Hurry up! We've got to get the purse!"
Jon turned to see two large muscular men (one black and one white) heading in his direction.
