"What?" asked Jon in that high-pitched voice. "You're changing me into a girl? You're not going to tell me that changing me into a girl is changing me back. I was never a girl."
"No, but you were a child once. So I can make you younger, and that really is changing you back."
"You know damn well that isn't what I mean!" yelled the shrinking Jon. "It's really just as much a lie as saying it and then turning me into a girl."
"It doesn't matter whether you call it a lie or not," replied Karyn. "You're going to get younger until..."
"Until what?"
"Well, I haven't decided."
