He was not in the wrong to ask. "I have a personal request. When the time comes can you also call Green Tho down as well. He was instrumental in getting a lot of their samples for you." He thought about it and nodded. "That is fine with me. I could also use a personal favor from someone as... capable as you." he told me. "Wait here. I have some of the samples now. You can take them." He just smiled wider. I got the samples and gave it over to the doctor. "So far, you've given me 7 samples. I guess I have to follow through on my promise after all. I don't know if I can fudge the numbers in order to double the amount we can take. I needed these samples by today." I just frowned. He chuckled and said "Don't worry. This Green Tho of yours cam come along. Maybe even another one of you as well." I nominated Violet Twinkle. Dr. Ian wrote something down and nodded to himself. Wait for a bit. It takes time for the rubes that push paper and pretend to run things get anything done. At least he was very confident he could get this done. "How long will it take?" I asked. "2 weeks." he replied.
I was fine with that. 2 weeks would be enough time to level up some more and get some last minute items that I might need. I had to alert them and let them know to be ready when called. Since they were allowed to be fused, I was also going to get Carbon Sparkle and Black Shine. They would raise the number of Blacks to 6. We could reproduce with that many. After I let them know, we waited and bided our time. They would need to prepare for this as well. The voice announced Indigo Glint, Glow, Shine, Beam and Flash as well as me, Onyx Blaze and Pitch Gleam were called to meet on the training field. Us Blacks knew what was going on here, and I was not really concerned for this. We hurried because we did not want to be late. When we got there, the commanders that watched over the training session standing in wait for us. There were a couple of Orange sub entities. They looked younger and inexperienced. The Oranges were going to fuse with the Reds. Our commanders told us we were requested by Dr. Ian Winchester to help medics pacify an area of the lunar colony.
As they explained the mission, I could not help but smile. It was all according to plan. The Oranges fused with the Reds. "You had better be useful on the mission. We do not need any detriments." Scarlet Vrio said. Crimson Blot just shrugged and added "You say that, but we will be going with Blacks and Indigos. They cannot possibly be less useful than them." When we were dismissed, we had to go down to meet them. Onyx Blaze, Pitch Gleam and I stepped into the lounge. Violet Twinkle had been fused with Carbon Sparkle. Black Shrine was fused with Green Tho. That left me with Suzie. We fused and we agreed to let me be in control. Now that everyone was ready, we made our way to the space corridor. Dr. Ian and Dr. Wendy were there with a whole platoon of guards. "Thank you for coming here. As you have been briefed, you will be accompanying medics as they patrol a sector of the lunar colony. You will be given accommodations and anything else you need." Dr. Wendy said. Dr. Ian added "While lowering crime rates would be nice, your medics will be your top priority."
