When he was done speaking with the clerk, Brandon then decided to start looking around the clothing store some more and found that there were more than just dresses here as there were also gloves, bustles, heeled boots, fans, hats, as well as parasols much like the one he had touched in the costume shop.
As Brandon had found that there was nothing there for him in the clothing shop, he had decided to instead head back outside and look around to see if there was someplace else, or someone else who could help him with his predicament.
Walking around outside once again, he kept going until he happened to find someone else who was walking by themselves. A woman in another fancy dress much like the one who was in the store. 'Maybe she can help me out.' he thinks to himself as he approaches her.
"Excuse me miss. Would you happen to know where I am? And what the year is?" he asks as the first thing he needs to figure out is where and when he is before he can get back home.
Meanwhile, Mary had heard him speaking in that accent. "Just why in the hell is my son now speaking in a British accent?" she asks the shopkeeper.
