"Like, uh-oh!"
One moment, Jon had been standing with Karyn outside the restrooms at Pine Lakes Mall, as she tried to think of a way to undo the changes that remade Jon into a scatterbrained blonde girl in a tight t-shirt and miniskirt. The next, Jon was standing outside the food court, next to a "Mucho Taco".
Jon vaguely remembered hearing someone passing by complain that there was no Taco stand at Pine Lakes, so obviously, they had wished they were somewhere else - which meant Jon was now somewhere else? But where? She had to find out so Karyn could come get her and fix her. But how could she figure it out?
Jon decided that thinking this much made her head hurt - it would be easier to just ask someone. But not in Mucho Taco. It's, like, all greasy! Ick!
Across the way was a store called "Avonlea", a trendy ladieswear shop. With a shrug, Jon sauntered across to the store, not realizing that she as she went, she passed a mall index sign that would have tol her. Two women older women were behind the counter. One of them looked up and said with a smile "Can I help you, dear?"
