What a great addition! I like how the scenario is, for lack of a better word, quite 'kitschy', like the stone is forcing Joan into these absurd sexual scenarios, but also forcing her to be oblivious to them. This inspired me to add something, mind if I continue? I can certainly wait if you're already planning another good chapter

Onto your ideas:

• Hair is a perfect one. I had a wish idea related to that one, basically make hair (mentally) a completely vital part of John's body, to mimic how important hair might be to a woman of Jon's age.
• Car repair is good too! I'd make John an idiot regarding vehicles
• A call to visit a friend....hm. I love this one

Hm. I like those ideas, don't get me wrong, but I also sorta like the idea of making a character independent from Jon. I'm split. Thank you for your suggestions :)

For the second suggestion, I like the idea. Some ideas I had with it were:

• Jon wishes an alternate version of himself, Jon Gibson, were somewhere in the city, with a fake wishing stone that didn't work.
• Jon then, through his own idiocy, wishes that this Jon Gibson was completely sentient and functioned as him until the 48 hours was up
• Jon wishes his family began to return from their camping trip.
  Don't know how I wanted this to go

I hope I am not making too long of chapters for your liking. Sometimes I get bogged down in detail. Any ideas for what a MILF without children might do for their schedule?

This will be the last piecemeal/slower chapter. Hopefully my pacing isn't too slow! Suggestions for what happens here are always appreciated ;D
