With the knowledge of what is to come, that throwaway comment about embracing her Slavic heritage puts me in mind of the folklore regarding Egg-born, which refers to a kind of witch, I think.

This is amazing, I know very well that Inspiration can leave, and a story can die for that reason, so I hope that your Muse returns and brings more of this beautiful story

Funnily enough in the German game The Dark Eye, there is a thing called Egg-born, I believe it is from maybe Slavic or Germanic folklore? Anyway, it refers to a type of Witch that is born from an Egg, they are unusually beautiful and charismatic and age much slower than normal humans, I chose this option for my Raven Witch character because I thought it sounded fun, now I am wondering if this is the basis for this world's egg laying humans, in this alternative reality, has the mythical egg born become a fact of life for many women? Probably not but it is fun to speculate on this , for me :D

I absolutely love this! A small novel in length and really about nothing super dramatic but sweet and endearing and Slice-of-life, wel done, after you have recovered I look forward to more of the same

To be honest, this episode raises some very serious concerns, for example, no matter how detailed the log book is, it cannot possibly go into every detail, also, the point Leonard raised is very valid, if he swaps with someone that lacks his intelligence then his grades will plummet, ruining his life, even more seriously is what happens to Nadine and her partner, their lifestyles are incompatible, morally and ethically it is absolutely wrong to force Nadine to give up her beliefs, no matter how odd they might be, same with Alyssa, how can either of them possibly live the others life without betraying their deepest held beliefs?. This goes well beyond interesting into actually quite nasty territory, I think the basic idea is quite interesting, although, I've never been very keen on Body Swaps, especially unequal ones, however, that is my personal preference. There's some good writing here and it might be fun to see just how this turns out

When I created Mr Hargreeves for Nametags, I didn't foresee him becoming a recurring character, I think I based him off of a teacher from Grange Hill, a kids TV show from the 80s, and that character was, indeed, a hard ass, so well done, you continue to delight me with this

I like the similes of Sunshine and Mound of gold, as used by the two secretly supernatural girls towards Jasmine, it absolutely captures the essence of hat is their most primarily necessary thing - Dragons need gold, Plants need Sunshine, and this delicious Triangle of jealousy and desire, it could only get better if Tiffany was a succubus, deliberately stoking these fires for her sick delight LOL
