Yeah, I meant 'demoting' characters from knowing to not knowing by dark, as well. If you do do that, I prefer it not harm integrity of who the character is so that the 'meaning' of the transformations still hold. Like they can forget but then they also now know something they didnt before thats interesting and useful. Ideally it's like teleological trade-offs.

If you're looking for input, I find that 'the more things change, the more they stay the same' is a good maxim. It allows for a lot of imagination, but doesn't entirely hinge on keeping characters in the dark to avoid character work. I voted for this branch but the others are fine if you picked those.

Listen, I don't take money for this. I wrote this branch out of my heart and imagination. Maybe we could start a movement to somehow put me back in the narrator spot for this story. I don't want to see Lydia Warren's take on this story, I wanted to do something revelatory with the onsen and MTI. Now the scale is cosmic! How will the audience care about subterfuge and loyalty in a small town if it's interstellar in scope? She's rebel moon'd us!

I was doing way better, maybe she went to the academy and has a better resume, but... okay, but doesn't narrating the previous installments of this branch count towards anything? What else am I supposed to do with my evening except narrate? And don't think for a moment I'm being class conscious about unemployment here, this is a direct absurdity!
