"Well, it can't really get any worse than this... if we end up swapping our whole bodies, we at least wouldn't be seen as freaks... what do you say? Do we go again?", Jon proposed, still unsure whether to believe that he was actually in possession of a curvy, fine female body from his neck down. He saw Julie shifting uncomfortably, patting all over her alien male body. She seemed to have an expression of disgust, curiosity, shame, and self-confliction.
"I-I don't know, Jon. I don't trust that machine to do any more than make things worse! And I mean, it's probably not THAT bad for now, r-right?"
Jon tried to understand her, and came to the conclusion that she definitely wanted her body back, but also was curious about her new male body and feared that the machine would mix them up worse than before.
"For now, we need to at least look normal, whether we get back to normal or swap completely. I mean it's not ideal, but for now we don't really have any other choice. How would we explain why our bodies have a different gender than our head so suddenly?"
"You... you're right... I guess there isn't anything else we can do..."
And with that, Julie sighed in defeat and got back into the transporter. Jon followed her and initiated the transport once again, crossing his fingers for it to succeed... but also subconsciously hoping to get to check her body out in private.
