Just then a young woman approached Karyn and Jon.
"What a cute little girl." the woman said "Is she your little sister or something"
"Yes how can you tell" Karyn said
"I have my ways." the woman said "Why is she dressed like that? It's a bit early for Halloween"
"That's because going to a costume party" Karyn said "Isn't that right uh....Jamie"
Thanks to the bracelet Jon's mind became blank and was replaced by Jamie's.
"Right Karyn" Jamie said as the woman walked away "Am I no longer, squirt"
"No you're 4 feet tall now so you're not so short" Karyn said. Jamie started to grow in Karyn's arms in both age and size. By the time she stopped she was 4 feet tall and nine years old.
"Karyn I don't need you to carry me." Jamie said "I can walk by myself"
